The problem with Internet TV
Described as "frustrating" and "infuriating", the whirling circle in the centre of the TV screen is the last thing that anyone wants to see, especially during their favourite TV program, but they do, usually at a critical juncture.
beIN Sports is delivered by Satellite NOT Internet and as a result, beIN Sports customers needn't worry about ever seeing the whirling circle, but if your TV service is delivered to you using the Internet, you are probably very familiar with this phenomenon.
The whirling circle appears at times when the content being streamed cannot be played. The source of the problem is usually, but not always insufficient Internet speed / bandwidth.
If your streaming device (TV Box, Stick, PC, or Laptop) is connected to your Modem/Router by ethernet cable, it's unlikely that this is the cause of the problem, but it's worth periodically checking the cable and connectors and swapping the cable to another LAN port in the Router.
Many British Expatriate TV viewers in the Middle East use some form of Internet TV to get their daily fix of UK TV and are used to making allowances for the quality and reliability of their Internet TV system. Hello, I am moving from the UK to Lapta, North Cyprus, I have a UK Freesat Box, can you set up a Satellite dish that would work with it please, how much would this cost ?

Unfortunately, Cyprus is outside the footprint of the satellite that delivers Freesat channels to the UK.
No, UK Channels (BBC, ITV etc.) are available (from satellite) in Cyprus.
We can install a satellite system that will provide you with some English speaking channels which are subscription free and include 3/4 international news channels (including BBC World News), 3/4 Movie Channels which have Arabic sub-titles and a few other channels of general interest.
We mainly supply satellite systems with Sports and Family packages (beIN Sports being one of them) but they are subscription packages (similar to SKY in the UK).
We have many customers in Lapta including several Bars and Restaurants who show live Football and use our satellite systems.
English speaking channels are available in Cyprus from various satellites, but if you want UK channels (BBC, ITV etc.), the only way to get them is using the Internet.
There are many dodgy IPTV systems available (visit any bar and/or restaurant and you will find that every man and his dog have something to offer). Many people subsidise their living costs by offering all types of under the table goods and services which are mostly low quality and unreliable.
Eventually, most people do get round to us after wasting several hundreds on systems that don't work, but my experience tells me that you may have to find this out for yourself.
